The injection pressure should not be too high, otherwise it will increase the impact and wear of the needle valve coupling and shorten the service life. After adjusting the injection pressure, pay attention to the quality of the spray. When there are fog spots of uneven thickness or oil lines in the spray, it usually means that the parts of the injector are seriously worn; If there is oil dripping after spraying, it means that the sealing cone of the needle valve is not tightly sealed. The sealing ring belt of the needle valve coupling can be ground with grinding paste, and it should be cleaned after grinding. If the requirements are still not met after grinding, the needle valve couple should be replaced with a new one.
