Isovolumetric valve: generally has an unloading boss to reduce pressure.

(1) The delivery valve and valve seat are precision matched parts, made of high-quality alloy steel. The guide hole, upper and lower end faces and seat hole are precisely processed and ground, and cannot be interchanged after matching.
(2) The conical part of the delivery valve is the axial sealing cone surface of the valve. The conical part of the valve slides in the guide hole to guide. The tail is machined with a groove to form a cross-shaped cross-section to allow fuel to pass through. The cylindrical surface in the middle of the delivery valve is called the pressure relief zone, which forms a pressure relief volume between it and the sealing cone surface.
(3) The lower end face of the valve seat and the upper end face of the plunger sleeve are precisely machined and fit tightly. It is tightened by the clamping nut with a specified tightening torque. There is a copper high-pressure sealing gasket of a certain thickness between the clamping nut and the valve seat. There is also a low-pressure sealing gasket between the delivery valve clamping nut and the upper end face of the housing.
(4) A grooved reducer is installed in the inner cavity of the oil delivery valve compression nut to reduce the volume of the inner cavity space, promote rapid spraying and stop, and limit the maximum lift of the delivery valve.
