    Diesel injector valve

    The diesel injector valve is a key component in the diesel engine injector, mainly including the oil outlet valve and the needle valve. The following is a detailed introduction:

    Oil outlet valve
    Structure: The oil outlet valve is a one-way valve, which consists of a valve core, a valve seat, a spring, etc. The lower part of the valve core is a cross section, which can both guide and pass diesel. There is a small cylindrical surface under the conical surface of the valve core, which is called a pressure relief ring.
    Working principle: When the injection pump supplies oil, the oil pressure is higher than the preload of the oil outlet valve spring and the residual pressure in the high-pressure oil pipe. The oil outlet valve rises, its sealing cone leaves the valve seat, and the fuel enters the high-pressure oil pipe. When the oil supply stops, the lower edge of the oil outlet valve pressure relief belt enters the conduit, and the passage between the high-pressure oil pipe and the pump chamber is cut off. After the oil outlet valve is completely seated, the volume of the high-pressure oil pipe increases, and the oil pressure drops rapidly, realizing oil cut-off.
    Function: Prevent oil dripping before injection and increase injection speed; prevent oil dripping after injection and increase closing speed; prevent fuel backflow, maintain a certain residual pressure in the high-pressure oil pipe, and ensure the stability and reliability of the injector.
    Type: Including isochoric outlet valve, isobaric outlet valve, damping outlet valve, buffer outlet valve, orifice outlet valve, throttling outlet valve, etc. Different types of outlet valves have different structures and performances to adapt to different engine conditions and requirements.

    Needle valve
    Structure: The needle valve is another important component in the injector. It is usually made of high-speed steel with good thermal stability. It forms a pair of precision parts with the needle valve body, and the matching clearance is very small. There is an annular cone in the middle of the needle valve, which is used to withstand the axial thrust generated by the oil pressure. The cone at the lower end cooperates with the needle valve body to seal the injector cavity. There is a shoulder on the upper part. The distance between it and the lower end face of the injector body determines the maximum lift of the needle valve, which in turn affects the injection amount.
    Working principle: The high-pressure diesel output by the injection pump enters the high-pressure oil chamber of the injector. When the oil pressure overcomes the preload of the pressure regulating spring and the friction between the needle valve parts, the needle valve rises and the high-pressure diesel is sprayed out from the spray hole. When the injection pump stops supplying oil, the needle valve closes the spray hole under the action of the pressure regulating spring.
    Function: Control the injection time, injection amount and injection direction of the fuel, so that the fuel can be sprayed into the engine cylinder at the right time, in the right amount and at the right angle, and fully mixed with the air to form a combustible mixture to achieve a good combustion effect.
