There are many kinds of diesel generator failures, and the problem of fuel injection nozzle jamming, this problem is very fatal. This is mainly due to the improper use of diesel generators, often hundreds of hours of wear and tear jam.
First, the main reason for the fuel injection nozzle to be stuck
1. The diesel fuel is not clean enough, there are impurities inside the high-pressure oil pipe, and the Shangzhi generator set makes the valve coupling not close strictly. The injector regulator spring and dirt on the tappet parts are moved to the upper part of the injector needle valve through the tappet of the injector.
2. The machine is poorly cooled due to excessive temperature and the nozzle. Cool and sleep until there is excessive scale or blockage, the end faces of the impeller of the water pump are worn, and the engine is overloaded for a long time, so that the engine overheats.
3. The outlet valve is seriously worn, so that the oil dripping phenomenon occurs when the injector stops injecting, resulting in coke and carbon deposits in the nozzle.
4. Because the bending pressure is too low, the high-pressure gas in the combustion chamber is channeled.
5. During the installation of the injector, forget to install the cushion sheet or the gasket is destroyed, resulting in air leakage, causing the local temperature of the injector to be too high and stuck.
6. Due to parts manufacturing reasons, such as the injector device hole on the cylinder head and the injector cooperation is too tight, the gap between the needle valve body and the device on the cylinder head is too small, and the cylinder head injector hole is processed too deeply.
