When adjusting the injector, the method to check the amount of oil return is to first adjust the pressure of the injector to 8 ~ 10 MPa higher than the specified pressure, and then shake the pump oil handle, so that the pressure of the tester rises to 4 ~ 5 MPa lower than the above pressure value. At this time, observe the time required when the pressure on the pressure gauge drops to 2MPa. If the duration of decline is between 10 and 20 seconds, it is appropriate. If the time is too short, it indicates that the clearance between the needle valve and the valve body is too large, or the needle valve body and the lower end of the fuel injector body joint surface sealing is not strict, should be replaced diesel engine valve reliability, durability directly affect the life of the diesel engine.
