(1) Secure the injector to the bench clamp
(2) Loosen the solenoid valve fixing screw with a 29mm open torque wrench
(3) Release the solenoid bonnet, remove the injector, and lay flat
(4) Remove the electronic valve spring, electronic valve spring adjustment gasket
(5) Remove the anti-channeling sleeve, armature disc snap ring, armature disc, buffer spring, and buffer gasket
(6) Clamp the fuel injector on the bench pliers
(7) Loosen the pressure cap of the valve assembly with special tools and torque wrench, and remove the pressure cap of the valve assembly with tweezers
(8) Remove pivot disc, pivot, armature lift adjustment gasket, seat and valve ball
(9) The inverted fuel injector is fixed on the pliers
(10) Loosen the nozzle pressure cap with a 15mm sleeve and a torque wrench
(11) Remove the nozzle pressure cap, nozzle and needle, nozzle positioning pin, guide sleeve, nozzle spring, nozzle spring adjusting gasket
(12) Use special tools to remove stem and seat
(13) Use special tools to remove seat ring and support ring
(14) Disassembly complete
