The plunger pair undergoes elastic deformation during the oil pump stroke, and the pair gap expands to 4~6 microns to 6~8 microns. If the fuel injection pressure is too high, the elastic deformation between the plunger pair increases, which increases the internal leakage loss between the plunger and the plunger sleeve. , when the oil moves between the plunger pairs, the liquid scouring phenomenon increases, and the number of mechanical impurities that may stay in the gap between the pairs increases, and the gap between the plunger pairs recovers after the oil pump stroke ends, which intensifies the wear of the plunger pair. At the same time, it will also wear the roller body of the high-pressure oil pump, the adjusting gasket cam and other parts. If the cam is excessively worn, the length of the reciprocating stroke of the piston of the oil pump will be shortened, resulting in a decrease in the oil supply of the oil pump.
Secondly, the injection pressure of the injector is too high, resulting in an increase in the load of the pressure regulating spring on the upper part of the injector, causing the spring to weaken or even break. Accelerate the wear between the cone surfaces and even crack the high-pressure oil pipe (this phenomenon has occurred many times in our unit); at the same time, the internal leakage loss of the needle valve body and the guide part in the middle of the needle valve increases, resulting in an increase in the oil return volume of the injector and a decrease in the injection volume. Affects the formation of combustible mixtures.
