The fuel spray process consists of two stages: the liquid column stage and the split atomization stage. After the fuel leaves the injector, within a certain distance, the fuel maintains a liquid column state. After a certain distance, due to the turbulent flow and the surface tension of the fuel, the liquid column splits into oil lines and fragments, and the fuel area is no longer continuous. As the turbulent flow and the surface tension of the fuel oil continue to act, and at the same time, they are subject to the friction and impact of the involved air, the split oil lines and debris are further split, and finally refined into fuel particles, the particle size is generally 10~50um, that is, fog change. Under the simultaneous action of external force and internal force, the fuel oil changes from a large droplet to a small droplet. The external force mainly includes the forward propulsion force, the gravity of the droplet itself and the surrounding air resistance, and the internal force mainly includes friction and surface tension. When the droplet is large and moving at a high speed, the external force is greater than the internal force, causing the droplet to deform and split into small droplets. If the external force of the small droplet is still greater than the internal force, it will continue to split until the external force and internal force reach a balance
