The solution is to replace the unqualified parts according to the actual problems and assemble them according to the requirements.

3. Crankshaft oil seal assembly skew, this time should be reassembled oil seal,
To flatten out; Sometimes the oil seal assembly is too inward, and the crankshaft oil seal oil leakage will be caused by blocking part of the oil return hole of the main shaft cover. Therefore, when assembling, the crankshaft oil seal should also be exposed to the end face of the spindle cover 1.5 ~ 2 mm.
4 crankshaft oil seal quality is poor, the lip is not smooth, not soft, should be replaced with good quality oil seal. If the oil seal spring is missing or the model is wrong, the spring should be replaced in time or the new oil seal of the same model should be replaced.
5. When assembling the oil seal, the lip of the oil seal is scratched by the front edge of the keyway of the flywheel flat key on the crankshaft, which will also cause oil seal leakage. Therefore, when installing the oil seal, you can first turn the keyway direction of the crankshaft flywheel to the upward position, scrape the front edge of the keyway with the old saw blade blade, and lift the oil seal by hand when the crankshaft oil seal is set in, so as to avoid the lip of the oil seal being scratched.
6. Before assembling oil seal, crank shaft such as 50-8.o. Oil on the mm journal can also cause crankshaft oil seal leakage. Therefore, before assembling the crankshaft oil seal, we should ensure that the crankshaft coin 50-8.os mm journal is clean and oil-free.
