Fuel injector is a precision device with very high machining precision, which needs to be checked and adjusted regularly in the process of use. The correct way to check and adjust the fuel injector is:

First, check and adjust with injector calibrator

(1) Check and adjust the injection pressure

Install the injector on the calibrator, and press the pump oil handle evenly and slowly. When the injector starts to spray oil, observe whether the reading on the pressure gauge conforms to the prescribed injection pressure value. If it does not, adjust it. Screw in the pressure regulating screw, fuel injection pressure increases; Screw out the pressure regulating screw, the injection pressure is reduced. Tighten the lock nut after adjustment.

(2) Spray quality inspection

The main test is whether the injector can spray the diesel oil into a fine and uniform mist under the specified pressure. Check is also carried out on the injector calibrator. Press the pump oil handle at the rate of 80 ~ 100 times per minute to observe whether the injection oil bundle is normal. The atomization quality should meet the following requirements:

① The oil beam is in a fine mist, with no visible drops of oil.

② no deviation, scattering.

③ The oil is crisp and quick.
