In addition, due to the reduction of the preload of the pressure regulating spring, the needle valve cannot be reset in time at the end of the fuel injection, and the gas flows back into the injection nozzle coupling to pollute the needle valve, and the inner wall of the needle valve is worn. The injection pressure of the injector directly affects the spray quality. Too much or too little injection pressure will reduce the performance of the diesel engine. The resistance of the needle valve in the nozzle assembly when it is opened is the fuel injection pressure. Since the needle valve is preloaded by the pressure regulating spring in the needle valve body, the needle valve must overcome the preload of the pressure regulating spring to open. When the diesel engine is working, the pressure regulating spring jumps back and forth at a high frequency. Over time, the pressure regulating spring may be plastically deformed. At the same time, the diesel oil containing impurities will also wear the pressure regulating spring, and its elastic modulus will decrease, resulting in fuel injection pressure. decrease phenomenon. If the pressure drops, the needle valve cannot be reset in time, which will cause gas to enter the needle valve body, contaminate the needle valve, and the gas will cause carbon deposits in the nozzle holes to block. A large amount of black smoke and fuel consumption will be emitted during the exhaust, and the working efficiency of the diesel engine will be greatly reduced, or even stop working.
For multi-cylinder machines, first find the faulty injector. Let the fuel injectors of each cylinder stop fuel injection in turn through the elimination method. If the black smoke disappears, it means that the fuel injector of this cylinder is faulty. Then remove the fuel injector, disassemble the worn parts of the fuel injector, apply a small amount of chromium oxide fine grinding paste on the surface of the worn parts, and then immerse it in diesel oil to clean it. After cleaning, reassemble it, and do spray quality experiments. The oil beam distance is long, and the shape of the oil beam should be conical: if the fuel injection of the injector is still linear, the oil dripping is serious, and the distance is short, etc., the spring or the nozzle assembly should be replaced
