The fuel injector is driven by a combination of high side drive and low side drive. The booster circuit is mainly composed of high-frequency switches, inductors and capacitors. The current is stored in the capacitor in the form of magnetic energy through the inductor coil.

The chip will automatically collect the resulting floating diagnostic voltage before each energizing of the injector. The voltage will be reduced when the insulation resistance of the higher or lower side of the injector to the ground decreases or when external interference occurs.

Check that the engine wiring harness open circuit and channel meet the design requirements. Check the actual installation of the fuel injector. In order to prevent the wire harness at the top of the terminal of the fuel injector solenoid valve from flooding, a special rubber protective cap is designed on the top of the fuel injector solenoid valve. A section of stainless steel material is exposed under the injection parts of the fuel injector solenoid valve, as shown in Figure 7. Check the poor insulation of the fuel injector cap of the faulty vehicle, resulting in short circuit between the fuel injector terminal and the fuel injector solenoid valve. By changing the material of solenoid valve cap, control the content of carbon black inside the rubber, the fault can be solved.
