The flow rate of each injector has an important effect on the performance indexes of diesel engine such as power, torque, fuel consumption and emission. 2) Control of nozzle injection: accurate control of flow speed, size, pressure and total flow is required.

According to the structure of diesel engine measurement and control device, a diesel engine oil nozzle measurement and control system is designed with Cortex-M3 chip as the central processor, by adding the oil nozzle detection sensor and pulse sensor to detect the working state of the system, and PWM pulse output to control the oil injection. The system uses 4 inch resistance LCD touch screen display and input function, as an intuitive image of human-computer interaction interface. The experimental platform shows that the system has clear function differentiation, high integration, stable operation, multi-channel detection and control at the same time, human-computer interaction interface is friendly, easy to operate. According to the running test state and use effect display, the system display information is clear, easy to operate, strong scalability, convenient diesel vehicle maintenance personnel to the diesel engine nozzle measurement and control, has a good application value.
