1. Common faults of electronically controlled engine injectors
The failure of the electronically controlled engine injector not only causes the stability and power of the engine to decrease, but also affects the normal operation of the car engine, resulting in a decrease in the stability of the engine's power. The common faults are: dripping, inaccurate fuel injection, abnormal fuel injection, etc. Generally, it is caused by needle valve sticking, poor sealing, filter blockage, coil burning and abnormal control signal. The amount of fuel injected by the injector and the uniformity of fuel supply to each cylinder will also cause dripping or stop fuel injection.
Second, the detection of electronically controlled engine injectors
1. Measuring the resistance of the electromagnetic coil of the fuel injector can be detected on the vehicle, or it can be measured after it is removed. The measurement method and standard are: unplug the fuel injector harness plug, measure the resistance between the two terminals of the fuel injector with a multimeter, the standard organization is about 12 ~ 162 (high impedance type) or 3 ~ 62 (low impedance type) .
2. Check the power supply voltage of the electromagnetic injector. The power supply voltage of the fuel injector can be tested with a pointer or digital multimeter. When testing, first unplug the two terminals of each fuel injector respectively, and then turn on the ignition switch. If the engine still cannot start normally, then only the voltage can be detected. The level should be above 12V (the vehicle power supply voltage), and the low level should be 0V. If the power circuit is disconnected and the high and low levels between the two terminals of the harness plug and the engine are both zero, then the fuel injection fuse and the fuel pump relay need to be inspected separately
