Before the new injector is used, the anti-rust oil must be removed first. This is because the anti-rust oil has a high viscosity and is not easily dissolved by diesel oil at room temperature. When it is installed on the car for use, it will affect the spray and easily burn the fuel injector. Therefore, the anti-rust oil can be removed by heating, and the fuel injector assembly is heated to 80-100°C in diesel oil, and then cleaned in clean oil. The cleaning method is: hold the fuel injector body in one hand and the tail of the needle valve in the other hand in the diesel oil, make the needle valve rotate and reciprocate in the fuel injector, let the diesel oil wash the inner cavity of the fuel injector, and make the anti-rust oil and dirt discharge. When cleaning, pay attention that the needle valve cannot be drawn out of the injector body, so as not to damage the sealing cone surface of the needle valve. After initial washing, clean it again with clean diesel oil, then pull out the needle valve about 1/2 from the injector body and let it go. The needle valve can slide and fall freely by its own weight, and there should be no stickiness or jamming.
The test of the fuel injector is the key to verify the fuel injection quality of the fuel injector, and the test is carried out on the tester. The requirements for the tester are: the technical condition is intact, and when the pressure is 30Mpa, the pressure drop within 3 minutes is not greater than 0.5Mpa.
