The viscosity of fuel oil is related to temperature, the lower the temperature, the greater the viscosity, the worse the flow of diesel oil, in order to ensure the accuracy and continuous stability of the test results, the test diesel oil must be heated and controlled in a certain temperature range. The experimental analysis of oil temperature change and measurement results shows that the oil temperature is relatively stable when it is between 35 and 45℃, so the oil temperature should be controlled within the range of 40 ℃ 2℃.

(3) The influence of oil supply system stability. The stability of oil supply system is an important link to ensure the test accuracy. The test shows that when the oil pressure is set at 0.1~0.6MPa and damping is increased in the oil circuit to reduce the oil pressure fluctuation, the requirements of less foam, less pressure fluctuation and stable working state can be achieved. Adopting two-stage filtration, the pressure can be adjusted within the limited pressure range to ensure the stability of the system pressure, so as to ensure the accuracy of flow measurement. In order to avoid excessive oil supply and reduce energy consumption, small oil pump is selected under the condition of satisfying the flow rate of each jet hole.

4 Trial Results

In order to check the use effect of the test equipment, hundreds of nozzle couple parts were tested, and some results which could not be measured by other test means were obtained. The total flow rate of the nozzle is different, and the flow rate of each hole of the same nozzle is also different.
