    Grinding method: use a piece of frosted glass or flat glass, lay it flat, apply abrasive paste, and hold it with your hands: pinch and press the small end of the injector body with even force. Grind it into a circle or "8" shape with a diameter of 60mm, and prevent the glass from being uneven due to long-term grinding. The large end of the body is obliquely worn.

    The nozzle hole of the injector body and the small head of the needle valve also have high requirements for cooperation, and the general clearance is 0.02-0.06mm. If the nozzle hole of the injector body is too small (this situation will be found when the needle valve is selected), you can assemble the needle valve into the injector body, and then tap the needle valve lightly to make the small head of the needle valve protrude out of the nozzle. Nozzle body plane. Then pull out the needle valve, cover the small end of the injector body with the center positioning piece, and insert the small end of the needle valve into the small hole of the injector body. Do this repeatedly until you get a little loose.

    When the nozzle hole of the injector body is large, use the center positioning piece to cover the small end of the injector body, and tap it with a 120° conical punch. The severity of the percussion should be determined according to the size of the hole, and then the needle valve should be put in until it can rotate.

    If the nozzle hole is small, it must not be knocked from the outside to the inside, otherwise the needle valve will rush out of the edge, resulting in poor pulverization during use. Due to the different wear conditions of the small heads of the needle valve, there is no need to use a special punching tool for punching. After the needle valve is repaired, the needle valve and injector body must be thoroughly cleaned before the test can be carried out.o long, pulverization will easily occur.
