    Precautions when using fuel injection nozzle

    (1) When preparing the car, the fuel injector of each cylinder should be manually pumped to prevent the fuel injector from dry grinding caused by the lack of fuel lubrication when the fuel injector is used for a long time, which will cause excessive wear of the fuel injector couple, accelerate the aging of the fuel injector, and shorten the service life.

     

    (2) After long-term suspension or maintenance, before use, attention must be paid to the fuel injection equipment, including the fuel injection nozzle, to deflate to prevent air in the fuel injection equipment, so that the load of each cylinder is unbalanced, resulting in too high load of some cylinders, and the rotation of the crankshaft is also unstable.

     

    (3) Correct operation of single-cylinder oil stopping. When a problem with a certain cylinder is that a single cylinder needs to stop the oil, the engineer of the equipment in charge pays attention to the correct operation, because stopping the oil supply of this cylinder means that the fuel injection equipment of this cylinder has no fuel lubrication. Strictly prevent dry grinding.

     

    (4) Disassembly and assembly. The working conditions of the fuel injector nozzle are relatively bad, and there are often problems, and the operator of the competent equipment needs to be familiar with how to correctly disassemble and assemble the fuel injector, and correctly adjust the enlightened pressure of the fuel injector.
