    Axial needle injector
    (1) Structure and principle
    Applicable: Separated combustion chamber
    Structural principle: The working principle and structure of the axial needle injector are the same as those of the hole injector, but the structure of the nozzle head is different. Features: There is usually a spray hole with a large diameter. The axial needle moves up and down. The spray hole is not easy to accumulate carbon and can remove carbon deposits by itself.
    (2) Diverter type: In addition to the main spray hole, the diverter type oil also has a diverter hole machined on the sealing cone surface of the needle valve body. The hole diameter is generally 0.2mm, and the center line of the hole is 30° with the axis of the needle valve body. When the diesel engine is started, due to the low speed and low fuel supply pressure of the injection pump, the needle valve lift of the injector is small. At this time, most of the diesel is sprayed to the center of the vortex chamber through the diverter hole against the airflow direction. Because of the reverse airflow injection, the fuel is well fueled, and the temperature in the center of the vortex chamber is relatively high, so the diesel is easy to ignite and burn, so that the diesel engine can start smoothly at low temperatures. When the diesel engine is started and operates at normal speed, the needle valve lift is large, and most of the diesel is sprayed into the vortex chamber from the main spray hole along the airflow direction
