Rotary Pump Heads

Rotor type pump head is shaped like a delicate “rotating dancer”, the inner and outer rotors are installed eccentrically, and the number of teeth of the outer rotor is more than that of the inner rotor. When the inner rotor drives the outer rotor to rotate, the volume of the chamber formed between the two changes constantly, realizing oil suction and pressure action.

Its distinctive features, smooth operation, vibration, noise, optimize the working environment; self-absorption ability is outstanding, without additional auxiliary devices, the moment you turn on the fuel can be independently inhaled, quickly build up oil pressure; high tolerance for impurities, small particles of impurities is not easy to cause serious failure, suitable for uneven fuel quality working conditions. Diaphragm type pump head

The diaphragm pump head uses a flexible diaphragm to drive the liquid flow. One side of the diaphragm is the pump chamber, and the other side is connected to the drive mechanism; when the drive part pulls the diaphragm, negative pressure is formed in the pump chamber to absorb fuel; when the diaphragm is pushed, the fuel is pressurized to be discharged in the chamber.

The sealing of this pump head is second to none, the fuel and the driving parts are completely isolated by the diaphragm, eliminating leakage hazards, which is suitable for the transportation of flammable, explosive, toxic fuel conditions; excellent corrosion resistance, according to the medium of choice of rubber, Viton, and other materials such as the diaphragm, no fear of acid and alkali corrosion; easy to regulate the flow rate, change the frequency of the drive, the stroke can be flexibly adjusted to the flow rate. The beauty of the shortcomings is that the diaphragm life is limited, frequent action is easy to break; output pressure is not high, mostly used for low-pressure fuel delivery, small diesel engine cooling circulatory system.
