Injector inspection
(1) Do not disassemble the injector blindly. After the diesel engine breaks down, you should carefully find out where the fault is, and repair it in a targeted manner, and don't blindly disassemble every component. The processing and assembly precision of the fuel injector assembly is very high, unless it is absolutely necessary, do not disassemble it at will. Due to sulfur bumps and scratches caused by disassembly and installation, the service life can be shortened by tens or even hundreds of hours at a time.
(2) Remember the order of each injector when disassembling the injector. The valve body and needle valve of each set of fuel injector parts are processed one-to-one, so they must not be installed incorrectly during assembly. If they are installed incorrectly, the injector will be stuck or work badly (3) After disassembly, it should be cleaned carefully, and special attention should be paid to cleaning the carbon deposits on the lower end of the shoulder of the valve body and the supporting step surface of the fastening nut. When cleaning the fuel injector assembly, do the following: clean it with clean diesel oil, do not mix it with other parts for cleaning, and do not touch the needle valve with your hands: let alone use it without cleaning it.
(3) Carefully removing carbon deposits around the combustion chamber, intake valve, exhaust valve, piston, cylinder liner, exhaust pipe and fuel injector during maintenance is a necessary procedure for overhauling diesel engines. Whether to repair or replace new parts depends on the their technical status. Otherwise, there will be too much carbon deposit in the above-mentioned parts, which will cause poor heat dissipation of the diesel engine, poor exhaust, and high local temperature, thus burning the fuel injector assembly.
