    The working principle of diesel engine pump head and maintenance precautions

    1, working principle
    (1) The plunger is driven by the transmission mechanism and reciprocates in the pump body. When the plunger moves upward, the volume of the inlet chamber of the pump body increases, generating negative pressure, and the fuel is sucked into the inlet chamber; (2) When the plunger moves downward, the inlet chamber of the pump body increases, generating negative pressure, and the fuel is sucked into the inlet chamber.
    (2) When the plunger moves downward, the volume of the oil outlet chamber of the pump body decreases and the oil pressure rises. When the oil pressure reaches the opening pressure of the oil outlet, the oil outlet valve opens, and the high-pressure fuel is delivered to the injector nozzle.
    Injector nozzle will be high-pressure fuel mist sprayed into the engine combustion chamber, mixed with air combustion to produce power.
