    Introduction of the injector body

    Structural design
    Shape and size: The shape and size of the injector body are determined according to different engine types and injector installation requirements. They are usually cylindrical or rectangular, ranging in size from a few centimeters to more than ten centimeters, and need to be precisely matched with the installation location of the engine cylinder head or intake manifold.
    Oil channel design: There are high and low pressure oil channels inside. The high pressure oil channel is responsible for delivering the high pressure fuel from the oil pump to the injector nozzle, and the low pressure oil channel is used for oil return or connected to the control oil circuit. Some are also designed with throttle holes, pressure relief grooves, etc. to accurately control the fuel flow and pressure.

    Material selection
    Metal materials: High-strength aluminum alloy, copper alloy or stainless steel are often used. Aluminum alloy is light and has good thermal conductivity, which can reduce the weight of the engine and facilitate heat dissipation; copper alloy has good strength and corrosion resistance; stainless steel has high strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for high pressure and high temperature environments.
    Surface treatment: In order to improve wear resistance, corrosion resistance and sealing, the surface of the device will be specially treated, such as chrome plating, nickel plating, phosphating, etc., which can reduce the friction coefficient, prevent corrosion and wear of the inner wall of the oil channel, and extend the service life.

    Function and role
    Support and fixation: Provide support and fixation for other parts of the injector, such as the electromagnet assembly, armature assembly, valve assembly, nozzle assembly, etc., to ensure the relative position of each component is accurate and the injector works normally.
    Pressure bearing: As the main pressure-bearing component, it needs to withstand the high pressure from the fuel system. Generally, it can withstand tens of megapascals or even hundreds of megapascals of pressure to ensure that it does not deform or leak under high pressure, and ensure the sealing and reliability of the fuel injection system.
    Fuel delivery: The internal oil channel delivers high-pressure fuel from the fuel inlet to the injector nozzle, so that the fuel flows according to the designed path to achieve precise injection. Some devices also integrate fuel filters or filters to filter fuel impurities and protect injector components.

    Processing technology
    Precision processing: high-precision processing equipment and processes are required, such as CNC machining centers, precision grinding, and EDM, to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the oil channel, surface roughness, and the accuracy of the installation holes of each component. The dimensional accuracy can be controlled at the micron level.
    Assembly and debugging: After the processing is completed, strict assembly and debugging must be carried out, including assembly of various components, clearance adjustment, sealing test, etc., to ensure that the injector body and other components cooperate well and the overall performance of the injector meets the design requirements.
