The operation of cleaning nozzles can be divided into two main types: no-disassembly cleaning and disassembly cleaning. The following are detailed steps for both methods:

No-disassembly cleaning method
Step one:
Prepare special injector cleaner.
Prepare special tools for no-disassembly cleaning and make sure the fluid reservoir of the tools is clean.
Step two:
Mix the cleaning solution with gasoline thoroughly and pour it into the reservoir bottle of the cleaning tool.
Connect the special cleaning tool and connect the fuel supply pipe fitting and fuel hose of the fuel nozzle.
Step Three:
Open the valve of the special tool for no-disassembly cleaning, start the engine and keep it idling.
Adjust the flow switch (the flow should not be too large), and always pay attention to the engine running.
Step Four:
Increase the engine speed to 1500 rpm every 2 minutes and hold it for 20 seconds.
Then resume idle speed and repeat the above steps several times until the cleaner is completely exhausted.

Disassembly and Cleaning Method
Step one:
Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the fixing screws of the fuel rail.
Gently shake the fuel rail and remove it, taking care to avoid damage to the injector seals.
Disconnect the wires connected to the battery, especially the negative battery power cable, to prevent the fuel pump from working accidentally.
Step two:
Remove the injector nozzle from the fuel rail and connect it to the injector with the injector plug and wire.
Step Three:
Clean the injector nozzle using a chemical cleaner.
Always keep the wire connected to the positive terminal of the battery during the cleaning process.
Connect the negative terminal of the wire so that the injector nozzle simulates the working condition of spraying fuel to achieve the purpose of cleaning. After cleaning, install the injector nozzle back into the fuel rail.
