Installation
Clean installation environment: Before installing the injector, make sure that the mounting hole of the engine cylinder head and the surrounding area are clean and free of debris to prevent dust, metal chips, etc. from entering the injector or combustion chamber and affecting its normal operation.
Correctly install the injector: Install it according to the specified installation method and torque requirements. Use special tools to correctly insert the injector into the mounting hole of the cylinder head, and tighten the fixing nuts or bolts evenly to avoid poor sealing, abnormal operation or even damage to the injector due to over-tightening or over-loose installation.
Tighten the connection pipeline: When installing the high-pressure oil pipe and the return oil pipe, ensure that the connection is firm to prevent the oil pipe from loosening or leaking. At the same time, pay attention to the installation position of the oil pipe to avoid interference or friction with other components to avoid damage to the oil pipe.

Use
Use high-quality fuel: The quality of diesel has a great impact on the operation of the injector. Clean, high-quality diesel that meets national standards should be used. Impurities, moisture, etc. in inferior fuel will accelerate the wear of injector components, block the spray hole, affect the injection effect, and even cause injector failure.
Avoid long-term idling of the engine: Long-term idling will put the injector in a low-load working state, which may easily lead to incomplete fuel combustion, carbon deposits, and blockage of the injector nozzle. Therefore, the engine should be kept from idling for a long time as much as possible. If temporary parking is required, the engine speed can be appropriately increased to keep the injector in normal working condition.
Prevent air from entering the fuel system: Air entering the fuel system will cause the injector to work unstably, the engine to shake, or even fail to start. When refueling, pay attention to avoid the fuel tank level being too low to prevent air from entering the fuel system. At the same time, after replacing the fuel filter or repairing the fuel system, the air in the system should be removed in time.

Maintenance
Regularly check the injector: Check the injector regularly according to the requirements of the engine's instruction manual. Check the injector's injection pressure, injection atomization, and whether there is carbon deposit on the injector nozzle. If the injector is found to be working abnormally, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
Clean the injector: Use a special injector cleaner to clean the injector regularly to remove carbon deposits, colloids and other impurities on the injector nozzle and internal channels. Ultrasonic cleaning or immersion cleaning can be used for cleaning, but be careful to use appropriate cleaning agents to avoid damage to the injector.
Professional maintenance: The injector is a precision component, and maintenance requires professional knowledge and equipment. If the injector fails, it should be sent to a professional repair shop or manufacturer for repair. Do not disassemble or repair it yourself to avoid causing more serious damage.
