Introduction of injector slide valve
Structure and Principle
Structure: Usually composed of valve core, spring, etc. The valve core is generally cylindrical and can slide in the valve sleeve. The spring is used to provide force to reset the valve core.
Working Principle: When the injector is working, the fuel enters the injector through the high-pressure oil pipe. When the fuel pressure is low, the slide valve is in the initial position under the action of the spring force. At this time, the return oil hole at the bottom of the slide valve is opened, and the fuel flows out and returns through the return oil hole on the injector to maintain the fuel flow circulation, prevent oil circuit blockage and maintain oil temperature. When the high-pressure oil pump works to increase the fuel pressure to a certain value, the oil pressure overcomes the spring force to push the slide valve downward, close the return oil hole, cut off the return oil, and the fuel enters the injection slide valve space. Subsequently, the high-pressure oil pump further increases the pressure to greater than the injection pressure, the injection slide valve opens, and the fuel is sprayed into the cylinder for combustion.
Function
Control fuel injection: accurately control the injection timing, injection amount and injection pressure of fuel to ensure that fuel can be injected into the engine cylinder at the right time with the appropriate amount and pressure to achieve good combustion effect, improve engine performance and fuel economy, and reduce exhaust emissions.
Prevent secondary injection: The slide valve closes quickly, which can effectively prevent secondary injection of fuel and avoid fuel waste, incomplete combustion and carbon deposition caused by secondary injection.
Maintenance
Timely maintenance: The replaced injector should be maintained in time to avoid the oil in the injector from drying and being difficult to remove, otherwise it may affect the regulation of injection pressure and may cause the slide valve to be blocked.
Pay attention to installation: When installing the injector on the cylinder head, pay special attention to the installation specifications of related components, such as spring washers, etc. It must be ensured that the fastening bolts meet the specified requirements after tightening, otherwise it may affect the normal operation of the slide valve.
Regular inspection: According to the instruction manual of the engine or injector, regularly inspect the injector slide valve, including checking its sliding function, sealing performance and injection pressure, to ensure that the slide valve is in good working condition.
