Avoid damaging the injector:
During disassembly and cleaning, it is forbidden to directly brush the injector nozzle with hard objects (such as wire brushes) to avoid scratching the spray hole or needle valve.
Be sure to replace the new seal ring during installation to avoid fuel leakage or intake manifold leakage.

Matching vehicle model and injector type:
The injector of the direct injection engine has a higher pressure and a more precise structure. It is recommended to use ultrasonic cleaning and cooperate with professional testers to avoid self-disassembly and damage.
Low-resistance injectors (such as some turbocharged models) should pay attention to current control during cleaning to prevent coil overheating.

Test after cleaning:
After cleaning, check the spray shape of the injector (should be uniform mist, no dripping or deflection), the consistency of the injection amount and the sealing (no fuel leakage when closed).
If the flow of a cylinder injector is found to be abnormal or the atomization is poor, it may be necessary to replace it with a new part.

Recommendation of cleaning cycle
Regular maintenance: Perform a non-disassembly cleaning (drip bottle or additive) every 20,000-40,000 kilometers to prevent carbon deposits.
Severe blockage: When symptoms such as idle jitter, increased fuel consumption, and weak acceleration occur, disassemble and clean or ultrasonically clean in time.

Influence of fuel quality: If you often use inferior fuel or drive on congested roads, it is recommended to shorten the cleaning cycle (such as every 15,000-30,000 kilometers).
