Disassembly process

Be careful to prevent damage: use appropriate tools for disassembly, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, etc., to avoid excessive force to damage the injector or surrounding parts. When disassembling the fuel line, pay attention to releasing the pressure of the fuel system to prevent danger and waste caused by fuel injection. You can unplug the fuel pump fuse or relay, start the engine and let it shut down naturally to relieve the pressure.

Properly place parts: put the removed injector and related small parts in a clean and safe place to avoid parts loss or mixing with impurities. You can use a special parts box for storage.

Cleaning process
Choose a suitable cleaning agent: use a special injector cleaning agent or carburetor cleaning agent, and avoid using chemicals that are corrosive to the injector.

Pay attention to the cleaning strength: when cleaning the outside of the injector, do not use too sharp tools to scrape the injector nozzle to avoid damaging the precision parts of the injector nozzle and affecting the injection effect. When using an ultrasonic cleaning machine, the cleaning time and power should be set reasonably according to the material and degree of dirtiness of the injector to prevent damage to the injector due to excessive cleaning.

Thoroughly clean the interior: In addition to cleaning the injector nozzle, ensure that the fuel channel, solenoid valve and other components inside the injector are thoroughly cleaned. Compressed air can be used to blow through the internal channel to remove residual dirt and cleaning agents.

Installation reset
Check the integrity of the components: Before installation, carefully check whether the various components of the injector are complete, damaged or deformed. If there are any problems, replace new components in time.

Ensure good sealing: When installing the injector, replace the new sealing gasket or sealing ring to ensure a good seal between the injector and the mounting seat to prevent fuel leakage.
