    Working principle of SCV valve

    Fuel metering SCV valve
    Current control: The SCV valve is an inverse proportional electromagnetic proportional valve controlled by the ECU. The ECU receives many signals such as engine speed, water temperature, common rail pressure, and intake pressure. Then, the command current for the SCV valve is obtained based on these signal processing. When the current value increases, the valve opening becomes smaller and the diesel flow becomes smaller; conversely, when the current value decreases, the valve opening increases and the diesel flow increases.
    Fuel path control: In the initial state or under certain circumstances, the SCV valve is in a normally closed state. At this time, the return oil spring in the valve is tightened, the fuel circuit is closed, and the fuel is prevented from passing. When the SCV valve receives the control signal from the ECU, the coil generates magnetic force, overcomes the spring force, and opens the valve. The fuel is quickly output through the plunger according to the opening area set by the ECU, enters the high-pressure oil pump, and is then transported to the common rail system.
    Pressure regulation: Detect the fuel pressure in the common rail and feed the signal back to the ECU. The ECU determines whether the common rail pressure meets the requirements based on the feedback signal, and then adjusts the opening of the SCV valve to control the fuel flow entering the fuel supply pump, thereby adjusting the common rail pressure to keep it within the appropriate range.

    SCV temperature control valve
    Temperature sensing: This valve can sense the temperature change of the cooling water in the cooling system. Usually, a temperature sensor is built in or a thermal sensitive element is used. When the cooling water temperature changes, the physical properties of these elements (such as expansion coefficient, resistance, etc.) will change accordingly.
    Hydraulic control: According to the signal from the temperature sensing element, adjust the on-off of the hydraulic circuit or the flow, pressure and other parameters of the hydraulic oil. For example, when the cooling water temperature rises, the temperature control valve may increase the flow of hydraulic oil, increase the speed of the hydraulically driven fan, and enhance the heat dissipation effect; conversely, when the water temperature decreases, reduce the flow of hydraulic oil, reduce the fan speed, and avoid excessive heat dissipation.

    Sequential control: When the compressed air enters the working chamber, it acts on the piston. If the gas thrust is less than the preload of the spring, the sequence valve is in a closed state and there is no output from port A; when the gas thrust is greater than the preload of the spring, the piston is lifted, the sequence valve opens, and the compressed air flows from port P through the working chamber to port A, and then outputs to the pneumatic cylinder or the pneumatic reversing valve. At this time, the one-way valve is closed to ensure that the airflow flows in the specified direction to achieve sequential action.
    Reverse flow: After switching the gas source, the pressure in the working chamber of the sequence valve drops and the sequence valve is closed. At this time, if the compressed air flows from port A to port P (T), the pressure in the working chamber is higher than the pressure in the working chamber. Under the action of the pressure difference, the one-way valve is opened, and the compressed air is discharged from port A to port T, realizing the reverse flow function.

    Electromagnetic control: It consists of a solenoid coil and a valve body. When an AC current of rated voltage is input to the solenoid coil, a positive pulse driving current is sent to the solenoid coil through a pulse current generator, generating an instantaneous magnetic field on the solenoid coil, so that the valve core position is maintained at one end, and the sealing gasket in the valve core seals the corresponding valve port, thereby cutting off the pipeline connected to the outlet pipe to achieve specific on-off control.
    Fluid reversing: The valve body has three ports, one in and two out or two in and one out. When the internal valve core is in different positions, different outlets are connected to achieve fluid reversing or diversion and confluence functions. For example, when the valve core is at the bottom, the left and right are connected, and the lower outlet is closed; when the valve core is at the top, the lower left is connected, and the right outlet is closed.
